Can my penis grow after 18?

I'm 18, 5ft11 or 6ft 214.4 pounds...and my penis is about 4.9-5inches long and in width...I'm not sure but I know it fits snug in a toilet paper cardboard roll...uhhh...so year...will my penis grow after 18? I never really saw a large growth from 15-18...if any... :'( makes me sad because I see all these pictures of normal dudes with these big thick meat rolls...and I'm like an oscar meyer breakfast sausage compared to them...So will it continue to grow?!
