Is it possible to have kenwood matsui oven?

My landlord is away so one of his workers has arranged to replace my oven. The oven says kenwood on the door but there is a matsui label inside. The grill pan did not fit, I pointed this out but they claimed it was the right one. It has to sit on the shelf below it. It looks dented at the bottom of the door and the oven door will not lift out to be cleaned. It is supposedly new but they didn't give me a brochure to go with it. I haven't used it yet but wanted to confirm my suspicions this is a dud before ringing my landlord.
