First time tampon user...help?

lol its ok mess it up a couple of times i just started using them also and they can sometimes be very uncomfortable but when u put them on try sqauting down a lil an try not to push it in to much if it hurts its in wrong and if you want to get more details try the direction it can explain way more than me and some tampons you can use for maybe an hour or so it depends on the type kk hope it helps
