TTC north of steeles ave. question?

So i was just wondering if the TTC buses (129) north of steeles in markham accept YRT tickets and if so, how do I give them it, do i put it in the coin holder or do they have a ticket slot like the YRT... I will be in Markville Shopping Centre and I want to take the 129 TTC back to where I live. Which is north of steeles passed markville mall. Thank you very much!
