Will permanent marker rub off under these conditions..?

Nope not when it's totally dry. All you do is Apply the sharpie or whatever, and then let it dry for a couple hours, and then get paper towels or a rag and then wipe the surface you drew on with sharpie. Some should come off as you wipe, and then your done!!(:
