Which theory is correct?

The same similarity's is seen in the US considering extreme weather. Basically any type of oscillation isn't readily modeled or for that matter having a predictable consequences concerning magnitude. The alarmist will appeal to Dessler's rudimentary standardizing. Which in my opinion wasn't much of an eyeopener.
