MY DAUGTHER IS VISA A2 HOLDER AND SHE IS MARRIED BUT HIS HUSBAND ISNOT LEGALLY HE HAD 2 CHILDREN MY QUESTIONS?

If the kids are born in the US, regardless of their parents' immigrations status, the kids are US citizens.
