About spoonsership wife.?

i apply for citizenship 2010. wating for test. i didn't receive date yet. when i became permanent resident holder i got divorce after 1 year.[2005]. now i got married again [2010] my question are when i fill up my citizenship application form i thought i have to menson iam divorce because i got divorce when i was parmenent resident holder status.now i want to spoonser my wife from out side of canada.now how i can fixed this mistake ? pls i need answer. and thx for answer.
