Spoonser my wife from out side canada.?

i became canadian permanent resident holder at 2004. one year after i got divorce. i apply for citizenship at 2010. waiting for test.i got married again 2010.my mistake i didn't manson i am married. i manson iam divorce. because, i thought i have to follow my maritial status . during my canadian permanent resident status.. what can i do now to spoonser my wife from out side canada ? how i can fixed this porblem ? . pls i will be glad to have solution this problem. thx for help me.
