I want to use tampons, but I'm too scared...Help?

just calm down it seems scary at first but its not! they are much easyer then a pad to mess around with, you should use them a time or two at home if you can, just make sure that you read the instructions right. and yes i have used both plastic and cardboard and i think that the plastic are better! good luck!
