Best software for editing tif files and also for creating business cards?

I need to edit a business logo that's in a tif file. So I am looking for a software that could both edit tif files and also come up with a great looking business cards, promotional refrigerator magnets, and brochures. It has to be user-friendly! Thanks in advance for your advice.
